Why Etsy Rocks

Here is exactly why I LOVE Etsy...Had an overseas customer last week who purchased a handbag.  I had underestimated the shipping in the listing and she knew it.  Rather than taking advantage of the fact that the shipping was half of what it should be, she did not pay right away and she sent me a note to make sure it was right.  Seriously, in this day and age of "it's all about me", I almost can't believe it.  Lately I have been thinking of branching out into my own webstore, but this experience has reminded me of  just how great ALL of my customers have been.  People who shop Etsy are not your average consumers, and that is what makes it so special.
